Technical Expertise: Must be from product development background. Strong experience in Java (8+ version), Spring Boot, and Spring Framework. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization. Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs Database Knowledge: Deep understanding of relational database concepts and ORM tools like Hibernate/JPA. Knowledge of database migrations using tools like Flyway. Tools: Proficiency in version control like Git or Bitbucket. Postman to test and debug APIs. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
