Preferences -

• Candidate should have Designed and Executed more than 20+ Residential Interior projects.
• Candidate should have capability to handle minimum 4-5 projects at a time.
• Candidate should have knowledge to make BOQs, technical drawings and material mood boards.

Key Responsibilities:

design concepts, space planning, and detailed layouts

• Candidate must have strong knowledge of 2D detailed working drawings.

floor plans, wall elevations, furniture layouts, and 3D renders

materials, finishes, furniture, and décor

clients and contractors

site execution, quality control, and adherence to timelines

trends and innovative design practices

• Mentor and guide junior designers in the team.

Requirements:

4-5 years

Interior Design or Architecture

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5, Enscape, MsOffice and Canva.
