Home Interion is looking for an Interior Designer with 4-5 years of experience in residential interior design . The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, expertise in design (2D & 3D) execution, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. Preferences - Candidate should have Designed and Executed more than 20+ Residential Interior projects. Candidate should have capability to handle minimum 4-5 projects at a time. Candidate should have knowledge to make BOQs, technical drawings and material mood boards. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage residential projects from design to execution. • Develop and present design concepts, space planning, and detailed layouts to clients. • Candidate must have strong knowledge of 2D detailed working drawings. • Prepare floor plans, wall elevations, furniture layouts, and 3D renders . • Select materials, finishes, furniture, and décor as per project requirements. • Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure seamless execution. • Oversee site execution, quality control, and adherence to timelines . • Keep up with trends and innovative design practices . • Mentor and guide junior designers in the team. Requirements: • 4-5 years of experience in residential interior design . • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture . • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5, Enscape, MsOffice and Canva. • Strong design creativity, problem-solving, and project management skills . • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently .
You are an experienced 2D Designer & Interior Draughtsman with over 3 years of experience in creating detailed interior & exterior drawings for Residential Projects. Your expertise lies in using AutoCAD 2D to produce precise technical drawings that support seamless execution of design projects. You will be responsible for creating detailed drawings for wall elevations, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and exterior & interior layouts. In addition, you will conduct site visits for accurate measurements and documentation, ensuring technical accuracy by coordinating with designers, project teams, vendors, and contractors. Your strong technical knowledge of interior & exterior detailing, along with the ability to translate site measurements into detailed drawings, will be crucial for the successful completion of projects.
