Designation: Interior Designer Location: Nashik Experience : Min 2 year exp as Interior Designer Industry: Real Estate Salary: 15,000-25,000 Joining Status: Immediately We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent spatial awareness, and the ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. You will be responsible for the conceptualization, design, and execution of interior environments for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget Develop design concepts and mood boards that reflect client goals and brand identity Create detailed drawings, layouts, 3D renderings, and presentations using CAD and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) Source materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the design concept and budget Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution Prepare project timelines and cost estimates Oversee installations and ensure quality standards are met Stay current with trends in design, materials, and industry innovations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field Proven experience in interior design or interior architecture (portfolio required) Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite) Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices Certification or license as required by local regulations (e.g., NCIDQ)
