Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior architects/designers in developing design concepts and presentations.
• Create detailed

  2D drawings

  and

  3D visualizations

  for client presentations.
• Work on

  interior layouts, space planning, and mood boards

  .
• Prepare

  working drawings and construction details

  using AutoCAD.
• Create

  3D models and realistic renders

  using SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray.
• Coordinate with vendors and site teams for material selection and implementation.
• Support project documentation and client presentation preparation.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in

  SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Escape, and Lumion

  .
• Knowledge of

  3D modelling, rendering, and visualization techniques

  .
• Creative design sense with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of materials, finishes, and design trends.

• Bachelor's degree

  in Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
