Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of interior spaces for commercial, residential, retail, and corporate projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, transforming these into practical and visually appealing design solutions.
• Create mood boards, design concepts, and detailed design layouts.
• Produce working drawings, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and material specifications using AutoCAD and other design tools.
• Create 3D visualizations and renders using SketchUp, V-Ray, or equivalent software.
• Oversee site execution, ensuring that design intent, quality, and timelines are met during the implementation phase.
• Work closely with contractors, vendors, consultants, and engineers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously from concept to execution, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to project timelines.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends, materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to incorporate innovative elements into designs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Background

  : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.

• Experience

  : Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in interior design and project execution.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development to on-site execution.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in

  AutoCAD

  (2D & 3D) for working drawings and detailed design.
• Proficiency in

  SketchUp

  ,

  V-Ray

  , or similar rendering software for 3D visualizations and presentations.
• Strong skills in

  Adobe Photoshop

  and

  Illustrator

  for concept and presentation boards.
• Familiarity with

  MS Office Suite

  for project documentation and team coordination.
• A solid understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and spatial planning.
