Job Description (JD)

* Candidate should be ready to work in sales.

* Must handle the team of 25 members (segregate the target among the team members).

* Should be ready to travel regularly (Handle enter Bangalore (GBR) if need travel to (ROK) to be ready).

* Good excel knowledge (Mandatory) - Completely maintain reports of the team member.

* It's an Completely Sales and Traveling job.

* (Bike and Driving licence mandatory).

* Should maintain a healthy relation between team member and company.

* Capability to support & sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance.

* Skilled in identifying resource requirements and assigning responsibilities to the team while ensuring effective coordination amongst all.

* Expertise in imparting training to new members of the team and retraining of older CC's, monitoring performance and comparing to the month's objective.

* Formulating plan & solution to assure achievement of agreed up volume & profit objective.

* Complete painting and décor knowledge.

* Work with different aiding tools and technology to help customers choose from the wide range of products & designs for their home decor makeover.

* Willingness to travel in case required.

Candidate Screening Criteria:

* Preferred Any bachelor degree.

* Age should be less than 25 yrs.

* Throughout education (10^{th}, 12^{th}, UG & PG) candidate marks should be 50\text{ percent} and above.

* Candidate shouldn't have any backlogs now. Backlogs if any, should have already been cleared within course duration.

* Should not have any year gap in their education till now.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
