Role Overview: As an Interior Designer at NoBroker's Homestore Interiors & Renovation department, you will be instrumental in crafting captivating spaces that harmoniously combine elegance with functionality. Your main duty will be to oversee and enhance upscale residential projects starting from the initial concept phase to the final setup. Your collaboration with clients, architects, suppliers, and fellow designers will be pivotal in providing NoBroker clients with a top-notch interior design journey. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and develop high-end residential projects from concept to final installation - Collaborate closely with clients, architects, vendors, and other designers to deliver superior interior design experiences - Interact with clients, comprehend and validate project briefs, and supervise project progress and coordination from conception to installation stages - Work in conjunction with the Design Lead, Installation partners, Project Managers, and suppliers to ensure successful project implementation - Utilize exceptional design skills, demonstrate a keen eye for detail, and leverage a minimum of 2+ years of experience in residential interior design - Possess proficiency in Google Sketchup, V-ray/Enscape, and other relevant tools - Hold a registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture Qualifications Required: - Strong conceptual understanding and exceptional design skills - Passion for working on high-end residential projects - Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential interior design - Solid grasp of design principles - Proficiency in Google Sketchup, V-ray/Enscape, and other relevant tools - Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture Join our dynamic team at NoBroker and contribute to reshaping the real estate landscape in India with our tech-driven approach.
