HRBR Layout Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Architecture (B.Des / B.A Civil / B.A Interior) Experience: ¢ 12 years:  20,000 per month ¢ 2+ years:  30,000 per month Key Responsibilities: ¢ Create functional and aesthetically appealing interior designs for residential and commercial spaces. ¢ Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and design presentations. ¢ Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budgets. ¢ Work closely with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure project execution aligns with design plans. ¢ Source and select appropriate materials, furniture, and d©cor. ¢ Stay updated with current design trends and materials. Required Skills: ¢ Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada. ¢ Strong design sense and attention to detail. ¢ Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools preferred). ¢ Good presentation and interpersonal skills. ¢ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
