Job Summary:

Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and sales teams to develop design concepts aligned with project goals and the target market.
  
• Prepare mood boards, color schemes, layout plans, furniture selections, and 3D visualizations.
  
• Assist in space planning, selection of materials, lighting, finishes, and furnishings to suit project aesthetics and budget.
  
• Produce detailed interior drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
  
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation, quality control, and vendor coordination.
  
• Work closely with procurement and vendors to source materials and furniture.
  
• Stay updated on current interior design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to the real estate sector.
  
• Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and design standards.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  
• 13 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in real estate or commercial/residential projects.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max/V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant design software.
  
• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and spatial awareness.
  
• Good understanding of construction processes, materials, and finishes.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on interior fit-outs for real estate developments.
  
• Knowledge of project lifecycle within a real estate environment.
  
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and local building codes.
