Job Description

Prepare complete sets of GFC drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, joinery details, electrical layouts, plumbing layouts, and finishing schedules.
Convert conceptual designs into detailed and technically accurate working drawings.
Coordinate with senior designers, architects, MEP consultants, and site teams to ensure clarity and alignment on all design details.
Conduct site visits to verify measurements, monitor drawing implementation, and resolve technical issues.
Develop material specifications, BOQs, and design documentation required for project execution.
Ensure all drawings follow company standards, codes, and quality protocols.
Work on design presentations, mood boards, and drafting support as needed.
Update drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and consultant inputs.
