Salary: 25000/month
1. Provide support for lead designer
2. Accompany and assist lead designer during client meetings at job sites and showrooms
3. Take detailed notes during meetings, take measurements/photos of projects
4. Create CAD drawings for client projects
5. Research d cor and materials; provide pricing, availability, stock, etc.,
6. Place orders, purchase materials, pick up and deliver
7. Submit receipts for all purchases and orders
8. Track and communicate status of orders; resolve problems
9. Maintain spreadsheets with client selections/finish materials
10. Schedule for the designer, contractors, clients, vendors
11. Respond to client questions and concerns; project updates
12. Meet vendors, assist with installations
13. Submit detailed hours (billable and non-billable) and mileage log monthly
14. Check daily client spreadsheet for new tasks; update status of assigned task end of each day
