Location: Noida Specialization: Commercial and Corporate Spaces (Mandatory) Key Responsibilities: Design and manage end-to-end interior design projects for commercial and corporate clients . Develop concept designs, space planning , material specifications, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection. Create technical drawings, 3D renders , and presentations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar. Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and project managers to ensure design intent is realized. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure alignment with design standards. Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and technologies suited for commercial environments. Ensure designs comply with local building codes , safety standards, and corporate branding guidelines . Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelorâs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in commercial and corporate interior design (both are mandatory). Strong knowledge of design principles, material sourcing, and budgeting. Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office . Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
