Candidates with 10 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects are encouraged to apply. --- ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Understand client requirements and translate them into functional, creative, and practical interior design solutions. * Develop mood boards, design concepts, layouts, and presentations. * Create detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit. * Select materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and accessories. * Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure timely project execution. * Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and maintain project timelines and budgets. * Conduct site visits for quality checks and project supervision. * Stay updated with current design trends, innovations, and materials. --- ### **Required Skills & Qualifications:** * Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture. * 16 years of relevant work experience. * Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar tools. * Strong visualization and presentation skills. * Good understanding of materials, finishes, and design principles. * Excellent communication and project management skills. * Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. ---
