Interior Designer-Commercial/Office Fit-Out Works

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience in commercial and office fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be an architect or interior designer with strong design sense, technical proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts and layouts for office and commercial interior projects.
• Prepare and present detailed drawings, design proposals, and material boards.
• Proficiently use AutoCAD and 3D visualization software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).
• Coordinate with clients, project engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor progress and provide design clarifications.
• Ensure all designs comply with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
• Research and recommend materials, finishes, and furniture suitable for commercial spaces.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination between design and execution teams.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong conceptual and creative design skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing in commercial interiors.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret architectural drawings.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Background:

• B.Arch / Diploma in Interior Design.
• 3–4 years of experience in designing and coordinating office or commercial interior projects.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
