Interior Designer-Commercial/Office Fit-Out Works

Role Overview: As an Interior Designer within our design department, you will be responsible for developing design concepts and layouts for office and commercial interior projects. Your role will involve preparing detailed drawings, design proposals, and material boards, as well as coordinating effectively with clients, project teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of design intent. Key Responsibilities: - Develop design concepts and layouts for office and commercial interior projects. - Prepare and present detailed drawings, design proposals, and material boards. - Proficiently use AutoCAD and 3D visualization software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar). - Coordinate with clients, project engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately. - Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor progress and provide design clarifications. - Ensure all designs comply with project specifications, budgets, and timelines. - Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation. - Research and recommend materials, finishes, and furniture suitable for commercial spaces. - Maintain effective communication and coordination between design and execution teams.
