Interior Designer and Project Lead

As an Interior Designer and Project Lead at Studio ra, you will play a crucial role in creating unique and sustainable spaces that reflect clients" values and mindsets. Your responsibilities will include leading design projects, developing concepts, and overseeing their execution to ensure client satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve space planning, creating construction drawings, selecting and sourcing FF&E, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors for a seamless project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design projects and develop innovative concepts - Space planning and creating construction drawings - Selecting and sourcing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) - Coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors for project execution Qualifications: - Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design - Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, Enscape, and Adobe Suite - Experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings - Knowledge of FF&E selection and sourcing - Strong project management and leadership skills - Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field - Excellent organizational and communication abilities - Prior experience in handling multiple design projects and coordinating with stakeholders is a plus Please note that this role offers a salary range of 30,000-35,000 along with travel expenses.
