Interior Designer and Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer and Architect, located in Pune. The Interior Designer and Architect will be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, and developing interior designs. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, creating 3D models, and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role demands creativity, precision, and continuous communication with clients and the project team to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in interior design or architecture
• Space Planning and Architecture skills
• Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings
• Experience in Interior Design and FF&E selection
• Strong project management and client communication abilities
• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, and 3D corona, V-Ray
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
