Elite Estates is looking for a confident and result-driven Telecaller with strong communication skills to handle customer interactions, generate leads, and schedule appointments for site visits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with potential clients, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's real estate projects Clearly explain project details, pricing, and offers to potential buyers Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain client database, call logs, and follow-up schedules Coordinate with the sales team to set up meetings and site visits Follow scripts and guidelines as provided while personalizing the approach to each client Meet daily/weekly call targets and reporting metrics Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections smartly Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM software is a plus Good listening skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure Perks & Benefits: Opportunity to work with a reputed and growing real estate firm Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities Friendly and supportive work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Application Question(s): Age Experience: Sales: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
