Interior Design Onsite Site Manager

As a Project Manager at Shades and Shapes Studio, your primary focus will be on Interior Design Projects. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Reading Drawings and Understanding of Materials - Effective communication with clients, vendors, and teams to address client's needs - Explaining designs/ drawings to agencies/labors and conducting site visits - Adhering to the system and following Standard Processes and Documentation - Maintaining industry knowledge to stay relevant - Ensuring timely completion of tasks - Managing Contractors, Labors, Material Suppliers, Client Communications, and Multiple projects - Planning and tracking project progress - Conducting site quality checks To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Strong Communication skills and attentive listener - Proficient in Client and Team Management - Experience in Project Planning and Tracking - Problem-Solving Capabilities - Knowledge of Materials Selection, Pricing, and Application A minimum of 3+ years of combined experience in site supervision and Management is required for this position. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a must, while familiarity with CAD is optional.
