Job Description

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting furniture, decor, and accessories that meet their aesthetic and functional needs

Conduct on-site visits to assess client spaces and provide personalised design recommendations

Develop and present design proposals and mood boards to clients, effectively communicating design concepts and product recommendations

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and design techniques to provide clients with the latest design solutions

Maintain a strong understanding of Studio A2Zs product offerings and pricing structure

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services

Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
