Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for appropriately evaluating the cost of a project and assessing the feasibility of undertaking that project. You should be well-versed in our organization's competitive advantages and adept at effectively communicating them to our advantage during the bidding process. Responsibilities Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to facilitate the bidding process. Resolve cost discrepancies by diligently collecting and analyzing relevant information. Obtain precise quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Familiarity with blueprints and the ability to interpret plans. Preferred 1 - 3 years of experience in the construction industry.,
