Interior Design Consultant/ Client Manager - interiors

As a Design Consultant at NoBroker, your role involves interacting with customers to understand their design requirements in detail. You will work closely with the sales team to convert potential leads into happy customers. Taking charge of the customer's project from start to finish, you will be responsible for preparing 2D-3D designs, presentations, BOQ, and quotes, as well as assisting customers with material selection. Providing appropriate design consultation and informing customers about the processes and terms followed at NoBroker will be crucial. Additionally, you will need to provide regular updates to both customers and management on project status and progress. Collaborating with merchant and fulfillment teams to ensure timely project delivery and an excellent customer experience is also part of your responsibilities. Closing deals with customers, meeting monthly sales targets, and balancing the roles of design and sales are key aspects of this position. Qualifications Required: - Experience in independently handling interior design projects. - Thorough knowledge and understanding of factory-made modular furniture such as kitchens, wardrobes, and other storage units. - Ability to translate customer requirements into 2D & 3D designs using CAD software (Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp). - Knowledge of engineered wood materials, wood finishes, and hardware used in modular kitchens and wardrobes. - Understanding of costing for modular furniture and ability to read and understand production drawings, BOQs, and cut lists. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
