Job Summary

Interior Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings based on client requirements.
  
• Prepare space planning, mood boards, material boards, and 3D visualizations.
  
• Create architectural and interior working drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, etc.).
  
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for project execution.
  
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and dcor elements.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy.
  
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for assigned projects.
  
• Present design ideas and solutions to clients professionally.
  
• Ensure projects align with industry standards, safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
  
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and modern design trends.
  
• Good visualization, conceptualization, and detailing skills.
  
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  

Preferred Qualities

• Creative mindset with practical problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
  
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  
• Experience handling residential/commercial interior projects is a plus.
  

Salary Package

• Based on experience and skill level (Discussed during the interview).
