Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Architect located in Chennai. The Interior Architect will be responsible for space planning, designing interiors, overseeing architectural practices, managing interior fit-outs, and ensuring projects meet design and functionality standards. The role involves collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, producing detailed drawings, coordinating with vendors, and supervising the execution of projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Experience with Architecture and Interior Architecture
• Skilled in managing Interior Fit-out projects
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
• Previous experience in residential or commercial interior projects is a plus
