You will be responsible for supervising local HR teams, providing strong knowledge of local labour regulations, and overseeing the implementation of company policies. As an HR Country Manager at Colt DCS, you are expected to have proven experience in delivering HR services, managing teams, and applying expertise in local labour regulations to support business leaders in navigating local complexities. You will work closely with Business Leaders on strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, budgeting, and people development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals. - Set performance standards and evaluate local HR teams. - Identify short and long-term hiring needs for the region. - Prepare individual development plans and implement retention plans for key talent. - Provide subject matter expertise to support the business in meeting HR needs. - Participate in the design and implementation of HR projects and policies. - Manage complex employee relations casework. - Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment. - Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Employee Relations - Knowledge of HR Best Practices - Experience in Building and Managing Teams - Strong Supervisory Leadership skills - Effective Relationship Management **Education Required:** - A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field In addition to competitive salaries and incentive plans, Colt DCS offers a range of benefits and local rewards packages to its employees.
