As an HR Country Manager at Colt DCS, you will supervise local HR teams, demonstrate strong knowledge of local labor regulations, and oversee the implementation of company policies. You will work closely with business leaders to drive HR strategy alignment with business goals, set performance standards for HR teams, identify hiring needs, develop retention plans for key talent, and provide expertise to support HR requirements. Additionally, you will manage employee relations, advise on employment terms, and contribute to the design and implementation of HR projects and policies. As a Sales Ops Specialist at Colt, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and administration of the Sales Incentive plan. Your responsibilities will include administering variable incentives, maintaining commission processes and systems, and enhancing the scalability and efficiency of Colt's commissions processes.
