Qualified Chartered Accountant and/or CFA in 3 attempts or less 1-2 years of experience in deal or transaction advisory, preferably from Big 4 consulting. Financial Proficiency: Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modelling, and valuation methods. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse large sets of data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings concisely and effectively. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling tools. Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or other financial databases is a plus. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analyses and documents.
