Intensivists / Critical Care Physicians

As an Intensivist / Critical Care Physician at our healthcare facilities in South Gujarat (Bharuch to Vapi), your role will involve providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and managing critically ill patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: - Manage and monitor critically ill patients in ICU settings. - Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and ventilator management. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. - Work closely with hospital staff including physicians, nurses, and specialists. - Lead daily ICU rounds and ensure continuity of care. - Participate in emergency response situations and code blue management. - Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. - Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety guidelines. To qualify for this position, you should meet the following eligibility criteria: - Qualification: MD / DNB in General Medicine with a recognized fellowship in Critical Care (IDCCM / equivalent). - Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-fellowship experience in critical care or ICU settings. - Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in high-pressure situations. - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. The positions are available in hospitals and critical care units across Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Navsari, Valsad, Vapi, and surrounding areas in South Gujarat. The salary range offered is competitive, ranging from 1,00,000 to 3,00,000 per month based on experience and location. Additionally, performance-based incentives may be applicable.
