Intensivists / Critical Care Physicians

You are an experienced Intensivist / Critical Care Physician being sought to join a dynamic team across multiple healthcare facilities in South Gujarat (Bharuch to Vapi). Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), manage critically ill patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include managing and monitoring critically ill patients in ICU settings, performing invasive and non-invasive procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and ventilator management, developing individualized treatment plans, working closely with hospital staff, leading daily ICU rounds, participating in emergency response situations, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety guidelines. To be eligible for this position, you should hold an MD / DNB in General Medicine with a recognized fellowship in Critical Care (IDCCM / equivalent) and possess a minimum of 2 years of post-fellowship experience in critical care or ICU settings. Strong clinical judgment, the ability to work in high-pressure situations, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in team collaboration are essential. The work locations available are hospitals and critical care units in Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Navsari, Valsad, Vapi, and surrounding areas in South Gujarat. The salary offered is competitive, ranging from 1,00,000 to 3,00,000 per month based on experience and location.
