Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Conduct daily rounds, monitor vital signs, and adjust treatment as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in code blue responses, rapid response team activations, and other emergency situations as required. Maintain accurate records of patient data, medication administration, and test results.
