Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: **Roles & Responsibilities: (Technical Competency):** - Provide strong technical leadership in Inspection/Corrosion Management for Oil & Gas upstream/downstream assets - Offer technical solutions in the area of upstream/downstream Asset Integrity - Ability to create innovative solutions, automations, and methodologies to differentiate Quest Global - Drive and manage Integrity Engineers to execute workflows with quality at scale - Provide pre-sales support for new business deals and post-sales support for assigned projects - Lead core team members in recruiting skilled resources or training internal resources to achieve targets - Act as a bridge between customers, sales organization, and global technical teams - Willingness to make short trips as required by the business - Develop, nurture, and manage global customer relationships and drive strategic partnering initiatives to address unique business situations and complex technology needs - Review technical scoping, estimation, fitment, and feasibility studies, mapping customer expectations and solution design prepared by Program Managers and Project Leaders **Desired Skills:** - Experience in an engineering position in Oil and gas/Petro-chemical industry - Proficiency in drafting using AutoCAD - Knowledge of SPPID and piping design will be an added advantage - API Certification 510/570/571/580/653 - Experience with Meridium, Credo, Pestra, and SAP - Implementation of Automation, AI, IOT techniques in the Oil & Gas Portfolio If you are an achiever and a courageous challenge-crusher with the desired characteristics and skills, we are eager to hear from you and welcome you to our team at Quest Global.,
