Job Description Location :- Indore/Kolkattta Role - Integration Lead Lead workstreams within an overall project transparently and productively, applying standard practices. Execute all aspects related to service delivery and deployment of our Custom Software Solution Development services through planned engagements with our higher education customers. Collaborate with consulting teams and peers to ensure customer and Ellucian project expectations are exceeded. Identify and remediate issues and project risks that impede enabling customer greatness. Drive innovative and transformative strategies which will ensure successful implementations. Continuously improve the customer experience by ensuring the development, use and maintenance of service artefacts that exceed customer expectations. Proactively prepare for and deliver high-quality implementation consulting services. Success will be measured by customer satisfaction, achievement of projects, and utilization targets. Consult with Ellucian Delivery Lead to drive performance improvement, own problems, and execute with precision. Work with the Ellucian Delivery Lead to receive project details and translate them to the local team for Tech. design, development, and QA activities. Be able to identify appropriate technologies for the solution given the cons
