Integration Lead - Dell Boomi

Key Responsibilities and Expertise:

1. Integration Solution Development:

   Design, build, deploy, and manage integration processes using Boomi Atmosphere, with a focus on complex, scalable, and high-volume solutions.

2. EDI Proficiency:

   Deep understanding of EDI standards such as X12 and EDIFACT, including the configuration of trading partner setups, creation of EDI profiles, and management of B2B/EDI workflows.

3. API Integration:

   Develop APIs using languages like Java or Python for data integration, while leveraging Boomis native API management capabilities.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

   Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, design integration solutions, and ensure seamless implementation.

5. Troubleshooting and Support:

   Identify and resolve issues related to Boomi workflows, data flows, and integrations, while providing ongoing support for existing systems.

6. Performance Optimization:

   Analyze transaction errors, test integration flows, and fine-tune workflows to meet performance benchmarks and service-level agreements (SLAs).

7. Continuous Learning:

   Stay current with industry trends and Boomi advancements, including features like Boomi AI Studio, to enhance EDI and integration capabilities.

8. Domain Experience (Preferred):

   Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or supply chain sectors is highly desirable.
