Integration Developer

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise integrations, with at least 3 years on Infor ION.
• In-depth knowledge of:
• Infor ION Suite (ION Desk, Workflow, Mapper, Monitor, Connect)
• Infor OS (document flow, API Gateway, Ming.le, Homepages)
• BOD design, transformation (XSLT), and processing
• Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs
• XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath
• Experience integrating Infor LN / M3 / Syteline / other Infor ERP systems.
• Experience with Event Management and Alerts configuration in Infor ION.
• Familiarity with middleware concepts and data security best practices.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for resolving integration issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Infor LN 10.7 / 10.8 or newer.
• Knowledge of Infor Mongoose, IDM (Infor Document Management), or Data Lake.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or cloud integration platforms.
• Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, logistics, or finance.
• Experience with Agile / DevOps practices and tools like Azure Devops, Jira, Git.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop integrations using Infor ION tools such as:
• ION Desk
• ION Mapper
• ION API Gateway
• ION Workflow
• BOD-based messaging
• Collaborate with ERP functional consultants to understand integration needs and design appropriate solutions.
• Develop and deploy custom BODs (Business Object Documents), mappings, and transformations (XSLT).
• Configure ION Connectors (ERP, API, File, Database).
• Design and maintain ION Workflows for event-driven automation and approvals.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations and workflows.
• Monitor and manage ION message queues and error logs.
• Document technical designs, test cases, and support handover documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and external vendors.
