Integration Developer

As an Integration Engineer at the company, your role will involve managing operations and delivering enhancements for enterprise integration solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of existing integrations, as well as driving continuous improvements and supporting new business requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage day-to-day operations of Kafka Connect and Azure Integration Services including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in integration pipelines such as Kafka topics, connectors, and Azure services. - Enhance existing integrations and design new ones based on evolving business needs. - Deploy, configure, and maintain Kafka connectors (source and sink) for various external systems. - Implement Single Message Transforms (SMTs) and develop custom connectors as required. - Ensure scalability, security, and compliance across Kafka and Azure integration platforms. - Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to align integrations with enterprise standards. - Create and maintain operational documentation, monitoring dashboards, and runbooks. - Support post go-live enhancements and ensure minimal downtime during changes. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 4-7 years of experience in Integration Engineering / Middleware Operations. - Strong knowledge of Kafka ecosystem including brokers, topics, partitions, producers/consumers. - Hands-on experience with Kafka Connect, including deploying, managing, and troubleshooting connectors. - Experience with Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management. - Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C#) for custom integration development. - Good understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and event-driven architectures. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage incidents and perform performance tuning.
