Integration Delivery Lead

As an Integration Delivery Lead at GSPANN, your role involves driving end-to-end delivery of integration projects with expertise in Digital Backbone. You will be responsible for ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time execution while managing demand onboarding, resources, and risks. Your primary focus will be guiding teams on integration technologies such as Boomi, TIBCO, MuleSoft, etc., in an Agile environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish and manage the demand management and onboarding process for initiatives using the Digital Backbone for integration requirements. - Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects, from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. - Act as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues. - Allocate and project resources, including team members, budgets, and technology assets, to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines. - Implement and refine Agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery while monitoring KPIs and metrics. - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, develop contingency plans, and escalate critical matters when necessary. - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment by mentoring, coaching, and supporting professional development. - Apply knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, events, message queues, Microsoft Azure Integration Services, and SAP Business Technology Platform Integration Suite (SAP BTP IS) to guide technical teams. - Ensure all deliverables meet quality, security, and compliance standards through effective oversight of testing and validation. **Qualifications Required:** - 15+ years of experience in delivery or project management, with at least 5 years managing integration-related projects. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory. - Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a huge advantage. - Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services (e.g., Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP IS). - Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban and other project management practices. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. - Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.,
