Job Description

As an Integrated Services - Service Desk Technician (L1) at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in providing pre-sales and post-sales service functions to customers through various channels. Your main responsibility will be to offer first-line support, resolve customer queries, triage tickets, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the Managed Services Client Service Desk team. - Perform entry-level administrative tasks as needed. - Ensure proper escalation procedures are followed for critical calls and requests. - Receive, validate, and log client requests, capturing request details. - Analyze and interpret escalation requests for correct categorization and prioritization. - Maintain all relevant documents related to tickets/requests, including client information. - Perform any other related tasks as required. Qualification Required: - High School Certification or diploma or equivalent.
