Integrated Logistics Finance Excellence Manager

Role Overview: Join Kuehne+Nagel's Freight Logistics and Operations team to play a crucial role in optimizing processes for efficient movement of inventory and shipments, ensuring timely delivery of vital medicines and other essential goods. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee freight settlement services to maintain financial control and align with KN financial guidelines. - Manage internal/external escalations and support customer month-end closures. - Ensure accurate accruals, reporting, and cost allocation based on customer requirements. - Handle the onboarding process for new Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) related to freight settlement. - Act as a primary contact for freight settlement issues, resolving billing queries with root cause analysis. - Develop and maintain SOPs for freight settlement and accruals. - Present key performance indicators (KPIs) internally and externally to monitor financial health and drive improvements. - Ensure proper month-end closure, handling accruals and accurate billing in alignment with financial and contractual obligations. - Maintain precise financial reports and logistics indicators. - Drive process improvements across stakeholders based on root cause analysis. - Ensure adherence to customer contractual financial KPIs and internal audit standards. Qualifications Required: - Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - Experience: 5-10 years in finance, preferably in logistics or freight settlement. - Freight Settlement: Strong knowledge of freight billing, accruals, and cost allocation. - Reporting: Skilled in financial reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis. - SOPs: Experience in developing and maintaining SOPs. - Compliance: Understanding of financial controls, audits, GDP/GxP compliance. - Month-End: Experience managing accruals and account closures. - Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Tools: Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools. - Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve billing issues and enhance processes.,
