Integrated Logistics Continuous Improvement Manager

Role Overview: As a Freight Logistics and Operations professional at Kuehne+Nagel, you play a crucial role in optimizing processes to ensure efficient movement of inventory and shipments. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy and lead the Continuous Improvement (CI) service offering and take ownership of the CI program for KNIL customers" supply chain - Develop business cases, provide status updates on CI program to Business Manager/customer, and ensure achievement of cost and cash savings targets - Identify supply chain inefficiencies, develop business cases for improvement, and oversee optimization project progress - Conduct end-to-end structural supply chain and value stream mapping, align on savings targets and timelines with customers, and ensure successful execution - Lead data-driven supply chain improvement, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and develop a multi-year portfolio of projects for sustained improvement - Ensure alignment with customers and Business Manager on savings calculation, tracking, and reporting methodologies - Oversee end-to-end savings realization, lead project calls, address risks, monitor project performance, and escalate issues when necessary Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of proven track record in change management and/or project management - Proven experience in all transportation modes, supply chain cost budgeting/optimization/value stream mapping, and business case creation - Experience in cross-regional or global collaboration in a multinational environment - Preferred background in Forwarding/Logistics industry Additional Company Details: At Kuehne+Nagel, equal opportunity and diversity are core values.
