Insurance/Finance Telecaller

You will be working as an Insurance and Finance Telecaller at Luxury Cars Private Limited - CarYanams. The primary objective of CarYanams is to offer exceptional automotive experiences to its clients by providing customized insurance and finance solutions. As an Insurance and Finance Telecaller, your role will involve engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone. Your responsibilities will include educating customers about the insurance and financing options available for luxury cars, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, following up with customers, and providing assistance throughout the application process. It will be essential to maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software. To excel in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree. Previous experience in telecalling or customer service, particularly in the insurance or finance sector, will be advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with a sales-oriented mindset and the ability to address customer concerns effectively. Being tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM tools, MS Office, and data entry will be beneficial. Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi languages is required.
