INSURANCE/DMS EXECUTIVE

The Insurance/DMS Executive is responsible for handling vehicle insurance processes and maintaining accurate data in the Dealer Management System (DMS). The role ensures smooth documentation, timely renewals, and proper system updates for all vehicle transactions.

Key Responsibilities:1. Insurance Handling

• Process new vehicle insurance and renewals on time.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements, and claims.
• Maintain a record of insurance documents and renewal follow-ups.
• Educate customers on insurance coverage and benefits.
• Track commission receivables and reconcile insurance payments.

2. DMS (Dealer Management System) Operations

• Enter and update all vehicle sales, delivery, and customer data in the DMS software.
• Ensure accuracy of chassis numbers, engine numbers, and RTO details.
• Generate required reports and submit to management regularly.
• Coordinate with the OEM (Manufacturer) for DMS-related issues and updates.

3. Documentation & Coordination

• Maintain proper filing of all customer and vehicle-related documents.
• Assist the accounts and sales teams with document verification.
• Ensure compliance with showroom policies and company standards.
• Support sales and delivery teams for smooth vehicle handovers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
