INSURANCE/DMS EXECUTIVE

Role Overview: As an Insurance/DMS Executive, your primary responsibility will be to handle vehicle insurance processes and maintain accurate data in the Dealer Management System (DMS). You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth documentation, timely renewals, and proper system updates for all vehicle transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Process new vehicle insurance and renewals on time. - Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements, and claims. - Maintain a record of insurance documents and renewal follow-ups. - Educate customers on insurance coverage and benefits. - Enter and update all vehicle sales, delivery, and customer data in the DMS software. - Ensure accuracy of chassis numbers, engine numbers, and RTO details. - Generate required reports and submit to management regularly. - Coordinate with the OEM (Manufacturer) for DMS-related issues and updates. - Maintain proper filing of all customer and vehicle-related documents. - Assist the accounts and sales teams with document verification. - Ensure compliance with showroom policies and company standards. - Support sales and delivery teams for smooth vehicle handovers. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in handling vehicle insurance processes and DMS operations preferred. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Excellent communication skills to coordinate with insurance companies, customers, and internal teams effectively. - Knowledge of insurance policies, documentation, and procedures. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
