You will be working as an Insurance Verification Specialist in a full-time on-site role located in Mohali. Your main responsibilities will include: - Verifying patient insurance coverage - Obtaining prior authorizations - Accurately updating patient information - Communicating with insurance companies and patients to resolve any coverage issues - Consistently providing exceptional customer service To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Insurance & eligibility Verification and Prior Authorization skills - Proficiency in Medical Terminology - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work collaboratively within a team - Experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent Please note that both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
