Insurance Unit Manager

You are responsible for driving the insurance business in the assigned area by supporting the Sales Team. Your role involves strategic planning for business development of insurance products in coordination with the Branch Manager. You will be required to train the advisors on Products, Processes, and Policies as defined by the Head office. Building and maintaining relationships with insurance companies, as well as liaising for various activities, is a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in activity planning, execution, and overall management to ensure the smooth functioning of operations. Operational assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance will also be part of your duties. Your participation in Business Opportunity Presentations to bring new advisors into the business is essential. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop the insurance business in the assigned areas by supporting the Sales Team. - Strategically plan for business development of insurance products in coordination with the Branch Manager. - Train advisors on Products, Processes, and Policies as defined by the Head office. - Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies and liaise for various activities. - Plan and execute activities, along with overall management of operations. - Provide operational assistance to mapped branches for logins and issuance. - Participate in Business Opportunity Presentations to bring new advisors into the business. **Qualifications Required:** - 2 - 5 yrs experience in both life & non-life insurance selling. - Preferred candidate who has worked in B2B (Business to Business) model OR Agency Model, and has handled the Business Partners / Advisors.
