Job Summary:

Premier Carworld is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Insurance Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to promote, renew, and assist with motor insurance policies. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for motor insurance renewals and follow-ups.
• Handle incoming queries related to car insurance products.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly and accurately.
• Generate leads and convert them into insurance policy sales.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer service.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/Bengali/English – as applicable).
• Basic knowledge of motor insurance is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
• Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduation preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
• Prior experience in the insurance or automobile industry is an advantage but not required.
