Role Overview: As an Insurance Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting insurance agents by preparing accurate proposals, comparing policy options, and analysing commission structures across various insurance companies. Your strong analytical skills, solid understanding of insurance products, and efficient data management abilities will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare customised and accurate insurance proposals for agents. - Compare policy features, benefits, premiums, and exclusions across different insurers. - Analyse monthly commission structures and create comparison reports. - Recommend competitive commission slabs to attract and retain agents. - Maintain organised data on products, premiums, and commissions. - Generate monthly business and performance reports. - Coordinate with agents to address policy and commission-related queries. - Collaborate with insurance company representatives to stay updated on product information. Qualification Required: - Graduate in any discipline. - MBA in Finance, Insurance, or Marketing is an added advantage. - 3 to 4 years of experience in insurance agency support, underwriting, sales coordination, product analysis, or related roles.
