Job Description

Proposal Preparation

Understand client needs shared by insurance agents and identify the best insurance policy options across different companies.
Prepare professional, accurate, and customised insurance proposals.
Compare features, benefits, premiums, and exclusions across multiple insurance products.
Assist agents in presenting policies to their clients by simplifying complex insurance information.

2. Commission Analysis

Review and analyse monthly commission structures shared by various insurance companies.
Prepare comparative reports highlighting the differences in commissions.
Recommend the most competitive commission slabs to the organisation to attract and retain agents.

3. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain structured data on policy options, policy features, premium tables, and commission structures.
Prepare monthly business and performance reports.
Support management decisions with accurate and timely data insights.

4. Coordination & Support

Work closely with insurance agents to address their queries related to policies, features, and commissions.
Liaise with insurance company representatives for updated product and commission information.
Provide post-proposal support wherever required.
