Role: Tele Sales (Life & Health Insurance)
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
CTC: Up to ?3.5LPA + Lucrative Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days a week
Week Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Life & Health Insurance Plans.
Understand customer financial and health protection needs to recommend the right products.
Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms with clarity and confidence.
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally and empathetic
Graduate with excellent English communication skills.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele Sales / Insurance Sales preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are also welcome.
Energetic, target-oriented, and confident in handling customer objections.
Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
