Job Description


  • Client identification:

    Prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Needs assessment:

    Interview potential clients to understand their financial situation and insurance needs.
  • Sales and recommendations:

    Explain policy features, advise on risk, and recommend suitable products, including customizing programs.
  • Relationship management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Sales targets:

    Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Client support:

    Provide after-sales support and assist clients with claims and policy renewals.

Administrative and operational duties

  • Documentation:

    Prepare and process applications, forms, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Record keeping:

    Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and client information in a CRM system.
  • Reporting:

    Prepare and present sales reports on performance to management.
  • Policy management:

    Handle policy renewals, amendments, and modifications.
